I offer a variety of retainer packages. All that means is that you’re buying a package of hours. These hours don’t expire, and I will track my time spent working on your tasks and provide you with a timesheet at the end of your hours. I’ll also make sure to send you regular updates so you know how much time you have left and so you are able to make a decision on whether or not you’d like to purchase another package of hours.

Also, I’ve noted examples below of tasks that may take the allotted number of hours, just so you can get a better idea of which package is for you. Obviously, how long tasks take vary by the specs of that specific task, but these estimates give you a good idea.
When you see a package you’d like, purchase it via the package’s corresponding “Add to Cart” button (hint: the more hours you buy, the cheaper it is in the long-run). You’ll then be redirected to a special contact form you’ll need to fill out. This is a short form that helps me get a better idea of who you are and what you need my help with. Once you submit that contact form to me, I will be in touch within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) to begin your work.

5 Hour Retainer Package
Examples of tasks that may take 5 hours: customizing a blog, 5 15-minute audio/video files, a month’s worth of comment moderation, setting up an email marketing provider. This is a great package for someone who needs one or two specific tasks completed and that’s it.

10 Hour Retainer Package
Examples of tasks that may take 10 hours: customizing multiple blogs, a month’s worth of comment moderation and customer support, organization of a blogger’s business (setting up a project management solution, tracking expenses and income, etc). This is a great package for someone who needs an “on-call” virtual assistant (a virtual assistant they can send things to as they come up).

20 Hour Retainer Package
Examples of tasks that may take 20 hours: regular virtual assistance (5 hours a week) for tasks such as comment moderation, customer support, and blog post repurposing.
Price: $560
30 Hour Retainer Package
Examples of tasks that may take 30 hours: regular virtual assistance (about 7 hours a week) for tasks such as comment moderation, customer support, social media management, blog management, and blog post repurposing. This is a great package for someone who needs to regularly outsource the same tasks over and over.

40 Hour Retainer Package
Examples of tasks that may take 40 hours: at this point, you’re looking to outsource a very large portion of your day-to-day blogging tasks, such as blog management, customer support, transcription, Internet research, and more. This is a great package for someone who regularly needs a large amount of tasks completed and who really wants to outsource the majority of their blog management.
